Master's Admit - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

 

1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Master's Admit ("we", "us", "our"), a consulting company based in India, and its clients ("you", "your" or "Applicants") in connection with the services provided by Master's Admit. By enrolling in our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

 

2. Services Provided

 

2.1 Scope of Service:

 

2.1.1 Master's Admit offers comprehensive consultation services designed to assist Applicants in the MBA application process. These services encompass a wide range of support, including but not limited to essay guidance, resume reviews, interview preparation, school selection advice, and application strategy development.

 

2.2 Refund Policy:

 

2.2.1 All payments made for services rendered by Master's Admit are non-refundable. This policy applies irrespective of circumstances, including personal, professional, or academic reasons, as well as force majeure events.

 

2.2.2 The Client’s payment cannot be transferred or settled for another Client.

 

2.2.3 All payments by the Client must be made in full before the commencement of any application process.

 

2.2.4 The Client cannot downgrade the package they had initially signed up for.

 

2.2.5 No refund shall be granted for changes in school selection after payment.

 

2.2.6 Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of Master's Admit under extenuating circumstances.

 

2.3 Exclusions:

 

2.3.1 Master's Admit does not make decisions on behalf of Clients regarding school selection or application strategy. Applicants are solely responsible for determining which schools to apply to based on their individual circumstances.

 

2.3.2 The Applicant is required to actively participate in the application process and work on their essays and other documents as a top B-school applicant. Master's Admit shall provide guidance and support but shall not be liable for preparing or completing application materials on behalf of the Applicant.

 

2.3.3 Any services not explicitly agreed upon in this agreement will not be provided by Master's Admit.

 

2.4 Forfeiture:

 

2.4.1 If an Applicant fails to complete the application process within 90 days or by the immediate next deadlines for selected schools, all payments made shall be forfeited. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Master's Admit under extenuating circumstances.

 

2.4.2 Services must be utilized within a six-month period from the date of purchase. Extension of this period may be granted at the discretion of Master's Admit, subject to an additional fee amounting to 15% of the total agreement value.

 

2.4.3 The Applicant may request permission to push the application to the immediate next round of deadlines, subject to prior agreement with the Master's Admit consultant. No other extensions shall be provided.

 

2.5 Performance of Services:

 

2.5.1 Consultation sessions with Master's Admit consultants will be scheduled based on mutual availability and the agreed-upon scope of services. Any changes to the schedule or scope must be agreed upon by both parties.

 

2.5.2 Master's Admit will wait for the client for up to 5 minutes in scheduled meetings. If the client does not join the meeting within this timeframe, it will be postponed to a later available slot.

 

2.5.3 Response time to client queries may vary but will generally be within 24-48 hours.:

 

2.5.4 The client should discuss the timing of calls in advance and coordinate with the consultant accordingly.

 

2.5.5 After payment, Master's Admit will require 24-48 hours to onboard the client.

 

2.5.6 The review of drafts by consultants may take up to 48-72 hours.

 

2.5.7 Once the first draft of essays is completed, the Applicant cannot change the school list.

 

2.6 Content Creation:

 

2.6.1 Applicants are responsible for independently creating and submitting their application materials, including essays and resumes. While Master's Admit consultants may provide guidance and feedback, the ultimate responsibility for content lies with the Applicant.

 

2.6.2 Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. The Applicant must ensure that all content provided is original and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

 

 

3. Confidentiality and Privacy

 

3.1 Confidentiality:

 

3.1.1 Master's Admit agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Applicant information and will not disclose any personal or sensitive data without prior consent, except as required by law.

 

3.1.2 Master's Admit reserves the right to display the names of successful candidates for marketing purposes.

 

 

3.2 Data Protection:

 

3.2.1 Master's Admit adheres to all applicable data protection laws and regulations. Applicant data will be stored and processed securely, with access restricted to authorized personnel only.

 

 

4. Indemnity and Liability

 

4.1 Indemnification:

 

4.1.1 Clients agree to indemnify and hold Master's Admit harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of their use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

 

4.2 Limitation of Liability:

 

4.2.1 Master's Admit, its consultants, officers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

5.1 Copyright:

 

5.1.1 All materials provided by Master's Admit, including written content, templates, and guides, are protected by copyright laws. Clients may use these materials for personal use only and may not distribute or reproduce them without prior written consent.

 

5.2 Plagiarism:

 

5.2.1 Plagiarism, including the unauthorized use of materials provided by Master's Admit or its consultants, will result in immediate termination of services and may be subject to legal action.

 

 

6. Termination and Amendment

 

6.1 Termination:

 

6.1.1 Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.

 

6.1.2 If payment remains outstanding beyond a 3-day grace period, Master's Admit reserves the right to suspend services and cancel the order.

 

6.2 Amendment:

 

6.2.1 Master's Admit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to Clients via email or through our website.

 

 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meerut, India.
